If you want the best outcome from your orthopaedic trauma Mr Joideep Phadnis is the consultant I would recommend. He treats you as a person with empathy, and listens to your concerns and gives an honest prediction of the possible outcome of any treatment that he may advise you. I think you would have difficulty finding a more dedicated and skilful surgeon who I am sure loves his chosen speciality.

Without doubt Mr Joideep Phadnis is the best surgeon this country has, I was see by other surgeons but no one would operate as my injuries were so bad, so I was sent to Brighton to see Mr Phadnis and thankfully he took me on and with the most amazing results after operating on my elbow I now have 100% mobility. After over twenty years of pain in my left shoulder,and next to no movement, I was referred to Mr Phadnis. I had a total(reversal) replacement. After two years, I have almost normal movement of my arm and morer importantly, NO PAIN! Thank you so much.

I sustained a broken Collar bone as a result of Mountain biking. The fracture was tenting slightly and the X-ray showed it to be in 3 pieces. Whilst not the worst break possible Mr Phadonis suggested that an operation would be the best course of action to guarantee me a speedy recovery. The operation went well with the side effects and potential risks explained clearly beforehand. I was able to go on a pre-booked ski holiday 7 weeks later and had full movement back again, I'm riding (carefully) again too. Excellent care, very professional and trust worthy, clear explanations around pro's and cons of surgery.
